There are situations in which men can lactate. We do have the milk glands neccessary for it. They need to be activated however and I am not sure how they are activiated.
I have read in many transgendered websites of male to female transsexuals on the normone treatment lactating as the breasts develope. I have also read on the internet of men lactating.
I would see a doctor if this is becoming a problem for you.

There have been documented cases of men lactating, typically about the same time as their wife or girlfriend, who has just given birth, lactates. It might also be a medical condition with the tissue around the nipple. It is something to get checked out by a doctor.

If you have a hormonal imbalance you could produce a little milk.... talk to your doctor about it, but I doubt it's anything to really worry about.
I know many infants (even male ones) will lactate for a few days after being born because of all their mother's hormones still in their system.
Hormones control so mnay things in our bodies and are effected by everything from the food we eat to our emotional state of being, so the only person who can truly help you find the answer would be a licensed physician.

If you had the right hormone levels in your body you probably could lactate.
If you are having drainage from your nipples, it would be best to see a doctor and get a breast exam. I am not kidding. Men get breast cancer too.

If you have a pituitary tumor it could cause you to lactate. You need to get a blood test for prolactin. They can treat it with medicine; it doesn't have to be surgery.

Their mammary glands are inactive. If someone could find a way to trigger them, then yes, men can lactate.

Actually, mimi, the movie was "Meet the Parents".
Men do have breast tissue and can get breast cancer but I'm pretty sure they are not able to lactate.
