Your question is to broad. Success by whose standards? I may want to be a bum and live in a cardboard box and if that's what I'm doing then I would say I'm a success. Of course, mainstream society would not think so. In that sense, success is in the eye of the beholder or simply someone who achieves their personal goals. If you want to put a definition together for what success is to society as a whole, then that maybe a whole different story.

A truly successful man is one that has come to realize the value of hard work, love, friendship, comraderie, humor, trust, and passion.....and knows how to let each shine through equally. A successful man can look at himself and those he loves each day knowing he is doing his best in all he does....he knows he matters.

depends on what means the most to that person. Some it could mean because of his family. some it could mean he has alot of money. Some it could mean he has a powerful job. The true succesfull person i think has a balance of who they truely are.
