Those are stories... Folklore is pretty nice and interesting but it is not real... Men have always tried to express strange phenomenons than involve life after in death in many ways but they are all stories.
If you believe in Harry Potter than that's why you asked this question...

It is impossible to prove a negative.
Myths and fables have been told through the ages and some times some people believe them even thought they are not true.
Take the Da Vinci Code... it is all lies and BS made up into a story that some people want to believe is true.
For some reason I can't explain some people will believe a thing to be true even when the evidence is against the belief. For some reason they believe that if enough people would just believe then it would become true... This is magical thinking and it is irrational.
the creatures you mention are mythic, like the unicorn and the boogie man in the closet.... they do not exist but the inner child that is not in control of things wants to believe in it.
This is just like those psycho attacking you and calling from inside the house movies...Untrue but scary... for some reason we seem to enjoy scaring ourselves ... at least until we grow out of it.

there isn't anything that will supppoert the existnce of vampires, there is the vampire disease where a person cannot live without blood and the best blood is human. If they don't get blood i believe they die, and go mad. Most people with this disease drinks animal blood and a physician gives it to them. It is a very rare disease. Count dracula never drank blood either he was a cruel ruler and killed a lot of people but there isn't any evidence he drank blood. I hear that there are reports that show bodies with all the blood dreined out and twqo puncture wounds int her neck but i have yet to see any evidence of it. It eally depends on your beliefs, if there are vampires they have been very careful not to be discovered and they probably wouldn't leave their victims in plain sight to be found. They most lilkely don't exist but there is a chance. If you believe in god and the devil you can just as easily believe in vampires.

Absolutely.
Actually, in college I had the opportunity to become a vampire. You see, I was dating a girl who, as it turns out, was a vampire.
It took me several months to come to this realization for I was fixated on her limitless beauty and infinite wisdom. Her skin was as pale as the flesh of a lychee glowing in the moonlight for she refused to be seen by daylight.
She took classes in the evening and slept by day. The only times I saw her outdoors in the dawn were when it was raining. She loved the rain. She had a large collection of trench coats and umbrellas. Under her coat she wore the most lovely skirts. I always got a kick out of seeing her wear a skirt with boots. (not literally)
I loved her. When she was ill I would tend to her. When she was sad I would comfort her. The realization that she was a vampire momentarily stopped my heart as I was overcome by respect and fear.
In the end, I decided to break it off. I don't think that I am cut out to be a vampire. Perhaps I had the opportunity but I have yet to regret my decision.
Keep looking and one day you too can meet a vampire.

Vampire, palms down. Vampires have the bestial predatory nature, besides the undeniable fact that the attraction of artful and beautiful dominance. they're crafty and immortal. Werewolves are too primitive and feral. They own neither the toughness or the slyness of the vampire. now to not coach they scent undesirable at the same time as they get moist.

vampires are just like God. You can't prove or disprove them. On the one hand, neither I nor anyone else (probably) has ever seen a vampire or werewolf. However, we can't be definitively sure they're not real. On the other hand, if a vampire explodes in the sun on national television one day, I guess we'd all have to believe then. Then, the doors open to believe in anything crazy.

Vampires exist, but not werewolves. It's physically impossible for any mammal to transform into another species.

I know that they don't exist because of life experience, intelligence, age, etc. You'll find out the same thing as your mature. When you get to the point where you've researched the origins of most mythical creatures in the world's history, it's easy to dismiss most of them.

none have been found --- (werewolves) ---There are people who suffer from hypertrichosis(also known as "Wolfitis", referring to a condition of excessive body hair) ---http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypertrichosis
As for vampires there are some people who act like vampires - they don't turn into bats or anything like that but they mimic the characteristics --- they drink blood, stay out of the sun---come out at night and stuff like that...
