It seems like no matter what I try and how long I give it a go... my tri-ceps won't budge. I just want slim sexy arms!!!! My bi-ceps are fine, they seem to keep good tone... HELP!!

P.S. I don't need to go on a diet, I only weigh 115 lbs.... just need to tone me arms!!!!

get hand wieghts or 5 pound wieghts and hold them out in front of you as long as you can then hold them straight back buy your sholder blades with out touching your back and hold them there till you think your arm is going to fall off if you are bilt a little go to 15 to 25 pound wieght but dont over do it you will rip the muscle of dislokate your shoulder

Try doing tricep kick-backs with a dumb-bell-- Pick a weight that will allow you to do about 15-20 reps, with you feeling the tension towards the final 6 to 7 reps-- When you bring the weight up, remember to squeeze the tricep.-- You can also do tricep pull downs using the same criteria of 15-20 reps-- you want to keep the weight fairly moderate to lite-- too much weight will cause bulk
