I have a 43 second video clip in Windows Media Player and on a CDROM. Is there anyway to get a still photo from the clip when the action has been paused?

hold Alt and press the Print Screen button toward the top of the keyboard.
then paste into a photo editing prog

you might have to do a bit of cropping but that should get it done for ya
