The DMZ between North and South Korea. Village buildings still have thatched roofs. No paved streets. Almost no animals. The towns smell like urine. The rice paddies smell like feces. In summer there are monsoons and 95 degree temperatures. Winters are so cold, the paddies freeze up. There are armies on both sides of the border. No one speaks good English. They are always ready to fight and for what, I say?

Durban South Africa. I've never been so sick to the stomach over the amount of abuse, ignorance and down right hypocrisy of a so called One Nation. I went 10 years after apartheid, and to be honest i don't think a lot has changed the white are still richer and the black are still poorer.

london, kentucky, i was stranded there for 2 days in 1993 on the way to florida, at that time they were a very small town, and we had to eat at the same resturaunt the whole time. 5 kids and 2 adults in one small hotel room does not make for a good time.
