have you ever heard of the salem witch trials? well that wasn't the last time that someone was falsely accused or convicted. allthough, dna is helping to keep innocent people from being tried for a crime they didn't commit.

The Hawaii State Judiciary made this mistake with me. After I was incarcerated I became ill and was denied medical attention. I almost lost my life in prison, and I never should have been there in the first place. One year after my arrest I was forced into a plea agreement under duress. My choice was to plead guilty or go back to jail. No lawyer wants to help me now, so I am forced to learn the law and try and sue the Judiciary on my own. The problem is that I must now try and beat these people at their own game which is proving to be extremely difficult.
