wow these are some crazy answers. I own and operate 3 quick lube centers and From what I have seen over the past 18 years you can expect to replace it between 15-20k miles. Although it always differs in all climates. Some only last 10k and I've seen some go 30k miles. Also If you are not sure about it look in your owners manual under scheduled maintenance.

it depends on the area where you drive it, but if there isnt a lot of dirt in the air, i'd say around 50,000 miles with regular maintenance

20,000 miles, average operating conditions. Hold it up to a shop light or the sunlight and see if any light comes through it.

it all depends on where and how often you drive. if you drive on dirt roads a lot, for sure i would change it every 6 mo.
