Apparitions / Meanings of Symbolic Sightings by Children?

Question

My 2 & 1/2 year old little boy has spoken of a man with a bird who chases him. He is not dreaming this and when I asked him if this man is good, he answered no. I told him to tell the man to go away and after some affirmations, the man goes away. Does anyone know of a man with a bird who bother's children. Please do not bother answering if you do not believe in the spiritual realm or are looking for a good platform to preach from. I have seen things myself, and am aware that spiritual beings surround us - I am hoping that perhaps someone might be aware of the meaning or belief behind this type of energy. Do you know of similar reports elsewhere?

This stuff interests me a lot. I believe -- and I also know that children see more. He's 2 1/2 and says he is "bad" -- can you check the history of where you live? It's kind of hard asking the "world" (which is pretty close) here about a man and a bird and he's "bad." Remember, your child - at 2 1/2 may say "you are bad" after he's been punished for something. Is he being specific what this apparition is doing? Maybe the apparition isn't really "bad" but your son is perceiving him that way. Just trying to help a little. He could be a relative too ya know? You never know - maybe when you turned your back or if he was asleep in the room he may have been being "naughty" like 2 year olds do and maybe this apparition took it upon himself to tell him "no" in some form and your 2 year old didn't like that. People are going to think I'm nuts too but I soooo believe this stuff. I have an apparition in my apartment too (I'm the only one who sees it).

I've not heard of that particular being. There are many who go after the weak amongst us though. Who this is will probably have something to do with the area you live in. If this is an area where native americans lived then you might want to check out their local legends. If you believe this to be a trickster spirit then just laughing at them and saying, "You can't hurt me, I'm not afraid", may work. I'm glad you believe your child. So many adults don't.
Another thing you can do if you think this could be a trapped spirit of someone who has died there, is to light a white candle and tell the spirit to follow the smoke. It will help them to move on.
Good luck with this. It is very frightening when your child is attacked spiritually. I know. My children were attacked and it was horrible. We did manage to force the entity from our home, but it took a lot of work and time.

Reports of children saying that they see someone means that the place is haunted and that the evil force can take over children more then adults.Try blessing the house with holy water and if the sightings and horror continue grave ur son and u and ur family have to face the entity . With the power of ur family u can overcome the ghost and end it all.

In the past i have seen many things a devils face a hand and even dreams + when i wake up from the dreams i start doing strange stuff. And it all happened in the same room but one day i had had enough and had my family sleep in the same room and saw strange stuff happening but we all sood up and told the spirit our selves to leave since then i'v had a normal life. He should try to ask him why he's there, and what does he want? Children are a lot more open to spirits so if he's able to talk to him that would help. Do you have any background on your home? Perhaps you can do some research to find out more about why he's there. Ask your son why he feels that the man is bad. In what way? It may just be because he's scared of him.

I suggest clearing your home to get rid of him if he concerns you. Take a large bowl of salt and sprinkle a pinch or two over the exterior doorways and windowsills of your home. Make certain you get each and every one.

From what I have heard, children are most open to sightings because they haven't been programmed by society that theres "no such thing" as ghosts. Basically, a child is still innocent, and spirits will be drawn to their energy. I think what your son is seeing might be a deceased relative, or former occupant of your home. Do some research into your home and get as detailed a description from your son as possible. You might come to find the spirit may need your son just to tell it to go to the light and to cross over. I have heard of this kind of thing happening. They are not always the same "entity" chasing the child though. I don't know anything about it personally. If this were going on with my kid, I would try to figure out when and where it happens. If there is any connection to a particular place, I would keep my kid from going to that place. If that didn't work, I would seek professional help from a psychologist.

My aunt See's children in her house all the time, so I believe you, as for the man it's more than likely to have to do with your house or the land it's on, maybe try and research the house or land. My aunt is 1/2 Cherokee Indian and lives on old Indian burial land in MO

first of all humans are evil spirits generally are not. birds definitely aren't children are natural empaths so this man may simply want someone to hear him out. tell your son to tell him to go into the light and be with god. he can't harm your son, he may very well be a guide sent to watch over him or deliver a specific message. if it continues seek professional advice, but be wary of any supposed psychic who mentions dark auras etc...there simply angling for cash to clean the spirit. good luck to you and your son may the light of the universe surround you and keep you safe.

Children are more likely to see spirits because they are innocent. When my sister was 2 she would throw cookies in her room and tell my mother she was giving them to the baby. My aunt who passed away from cancer lived in that house before even I was born. She was pregnant when she passed away and the baby was lost too. The spirit probably means no harm to you or your son. He is trapped between worlds.

Get him to talk to the man. Seriously though, sounds demonic and you might want to talk to a priest about it. A friend of mine had something similar happen with her kid, and it turned into poltergeist activity. Try to get some EMF readings and photos of the kid and see if anything stands out kinda oddly.
