As I see more and more ignorant questions, I find that I hate people more and more. Don't get me wrong, I hated most everyone any way, but this place certainly isn't helping.

OK, I agree. Hate is a really strong word. I guess I just have this expectation that people have a at least a little common sense.

I would rather see a dumb question than read the rantings of a mean, spiteful, hateful, or vulgar person. You make the choice to be here, and you choose what to read and respond to. You said "this place certainly isn't helping." Does that mean you're looking for help? Or are you satisfied with hating "most everyone anyway?" If you want to stop hating, maybe counseling or church would help.

I wouldn't say I hate them, but I certainly question some of the things that people think. We're all human and thus full of flaws, and certainly some of these are annoying, but at the end of the day, I can turn my computer off.

But the level of arrogance and ignorance is pretty high here.

I think there should be a better point system; people are getting points for asking inane questions and more points for stupid responses or insults.

It galls me to come across a really good question that isn't easily googled and someone's responded, "I don't know, sorry" just to get the two points.

I'd like to see question and answer moderators who have the ability to either strip or award points as they saw fit; perhaps that would curb the abuse and the games.

Yes, a lot of questions are ignorant. The points mean nothing to me...it's not like I'm going to win a Scooby-Doo stuffed animal after I reach a thousand points. It's all in good fun. I just skip the "Am I hot?" or "Who hates Pres. Bush/Kerry?"questions and move on.

I have to leave the site sometimes, but not because of the questions, instead it's some of the answers. some people really know what they are talking about when they answer a question, and other you can tell are rattling off whatever comes to their pea brains at the time, i was so irked last night i had to leave

I don't hate anyone, but I do find myself being sad...sad that so many people are assumedly functioning in this society with so little basic common sense and sad that our education system is so obviously failing us and sad that the family unit is disintegrating and sad that having basic core values and morals are considered somehow irrelevant.

Actually, I gain strength in knowing that as long as the world is this corrupt, sinful, depraved, irresponsible, disobedient, and morally improverished, that Christ will be coming back soon!

I am looking forward when God has had enough of his awful creations and starts to thin the herd.

I really did hear stupid things b4 I got here. Many are just showing off. Some are rude, and some are clueless. The people in my apt. house are the same.
I don't mix here. I go out.

I'm just so annoyed at the ignorance displayed on her sometimes. It makes me want to go out and just start smmacking people sometimes. I just have to keep telling myself, " This is only a test, this is only a test".

you have a really good point, and i agree, but someone told me the other day that 'hate' is a strong word. normally people say, i hate her, or i thought you hated them?, and really, our gen. has adapted to using most awful words very lightly
