My guess is that you aren't any older than 22. Now tell me, based on your invaluable education at hands of liberal teachers who couldn't succeed if the real world, how liberalism ever solved any problem.
The Republicans first made the moves to abolish slavery as far back as Washington's presidency. Democrats most vehemently opposed desegregation. Conservatives are the biggest proponents of capitalism, which has helped make this country strong. Liberals want to follow whatever Europe is doing. Of course, it has a failing economy and its courts a laughing stock. Anything that proves successful and advantageous for our country is the bane of liberalism. They want to talk about helping minorities. They propose to do this by giving hand-outs. Yet the most successful black leaders in this country got that way by helping themselves, not waiting for someone else to do it for them. So they are called Uncle Tom's for creating something better for themselves. Talk about brain dead.
Stop spouting the nonsense that is pushed down your throat by old hippie professors and college kids who are still living on mommy and daddy's dime. Go and really see the world and then form an educated opinion for YOURSELF.

The bluegrasskid must be smoking some of that blue grass. If your over 35 and are a conservative you should be investigated for corruption.
Conservatives are by nature idiots. When Bush announced the no child left behind program the conservatives went "whooo, we still have a chance".
If you notice half the conservatives out there are from red states. The same states that have the lowest S.A.T scores. The same red neck, butt kissing inbreds who have their family tree in a straight line.

Yes, they really are uneducated and unenlightened and just downright stupid. They believe all of the propaganda that comes out of the oval office and depend on the dope headed Rush (whose opinions are bought and paid for) to do their thinking for them. Besides, they do not have sense enough to know that the two oil barons sitting in the oval office are directly responsible for the high price of gasoline. Give me a break.

The regime bribes all types. William Bennett, Michael Medved, and Dennis Praeger are assigned to sucker in literate people.
The Preppy Republic even owns the Liberals. They are agents of the Right Wing; that's why they are called Limousine Liberals. These agents provocateurs are assigned to come up with moralistic coverups for the regime's greed, such as touchy-feely environmentalism to create an artificial shortage of resources so that Exxon can have an excuse to gouge us.

I disagree.
Aliens dig the GOP. Big time...Big time.
And how is it that the Conservatives can be the rich old white guy and according to you the "uneducated."
Shouldn't your position be that evil Conservatives control the system and don't allow opportunities to others?
I challenge that Liberals are typically the party of younger, unestablished people. As such, Liberals are the uneducated party.
Finally, lets keep the site to legitimate questions as opposed to attacks.

Why waste money on social programs and affordable medicine for everyone when you COULD waste 300 Billion on a war that makes us both economically unstable and actually provides a breeding ground for a new generation of America-hating Islamic terrorists.

One word: Ignorance
Ignorance1) is a lack of knowledge. Ignorance is also a "state of being ignorant" or unaware/uninformed. Ex: "In debate class Bill lost the debate because he was ignorant in (without knowledge of) that subject."
(pejorative definition) Ignorance2) is the choice to not act or behave in accordance with what is popular/acceptable in order to suit ones own needs/beliefs."I know better but I choose to ignore that and do/say/act in a way that behooves me."
In politics, it is almost always used as a pejorative label, but some political movements have raised it to an ideal, for instance the Know-Nothings of the 19th century United States and some peasant and agrarian movements. This is usually simply a rejection of academia and professions and other power structures that assume they are intellectual superiors, that should be accorded deference by others.
Ebenezer Scrooge encounters "Ignorance" and "Want" in A Christmas CarolIn philosophy, the study of ignorance is paired with the study of knowledge, both of which are central to epistemology. Secular philosophies generally condemn ignorance as illustrated in the classic story, A Christmas Carol where the Ghost of Christmas Present reveals to Scrooge the childlike personifications of the major afflictions of the world, want and ignorance, and the fact that the latter is more harmful.
Despite the admonition in some faiths that ignorance is bliss, most religions are adamant that it does more harm than good. For instance, Islam views ignorance as a particular and unique evil that can and should easily be dispelled: "Seek knowledge, even as far as China." - Muhammad.
In a society with a strong hierarchy or caste system, ignorance of the concerns of those one does not work or deal with directly may aid labour specialization, reduce jealousy and dissent, and otherwise serve the interests of social harmony. In such a society, any mass media tends to be carefully controlled, and inquiry into forbidden knowledge tends to be punished severely.
When cultures meet, ignorance can become particularly dangerous, as one's inability to comprehend the customs of others can lead to offense and thus harm. When Europeans began colonization of North America, there were many incidents in which conflict arose from unintended misunderstandings. There were of course also many bona fide clashes of values and bigotry - a byproduct of ignorance being racism and intolerance.
What is different is by and large seen as dangerous and threatening in animal cognition.
In humans, ignorance of another's lifeways or circumstances, failure to empathize with his or her experience, is cited in political science as one of the most common causes of conflict. Thus to build common experiences, e.g. to plant olive trees in regions where they have been torn up due to conflict, and learn at the same time, is thought to be one of the most effective forms of education and also of peacemaking. Crick's political virtues emphasize this kind of skill and activity where it is difficult or impossible to actually share perspectives.
Ignorance is often misinterpreted as a synonym of Stupidity, and is as thus often taken as an insult, when really it is, in its correct form, not an insult at all but more of a criticism.
