Because it is repetitious and does not engage the mind after a short period of time. In order for the mind to be stimulated it needs a regular dose of different activity to keep it working. Once something is learned to a point it becomes repetitious the brain is no longer being stimulated, thus the boredom.

Repetition without any type of excitement becomes predictable and so if you continue to repeat something over and over with no surprises or twists, then it becomes boring.

because many people get tired of doing the same things over and over again. there would never be anything exciting going on if you had the same things happening all the time.
