Well actually, just recently a few pioneering surgeons have been doing just that, taking fat from various parts of the body and adding it to the breasts. Dr Syndey Coleman takes fat and weaves it into the muscle to plump up the breast and make it fuller. Although this is far more expensive than regualr breast implants, it's great for a natural look which does not involve having a foreign body in your breasts. HTH.

Actually, it can be used in a breast augmentation. They take fat from your belly and injuect it into your breasts.
