It will not affect your criminal record, but will reflect on your credit report. Some employers (especially in the financial services industry) require credit checks for employment. Credit card companies can sue you and get a judgment against you, but again, this is part of your credit report, not criminal record.

It has no longer some thing to do including your criminal list except it is fraud.... till then, you're purely screwing up you credit status. And contained in the U. S., your credit status is each and everything!!!..... except you only ensue to have a sh*tload of money.... yet in case you probably did... why doesn't you pay off your charge playing cards, top?

your criminal record and your credit report are to different things....you can not effect your criminal record if you dont pay your credit card the only thing that you mess up is your credit report.

Good news..your criminal record will stay intact regardless of whether you pay your bills or not. In fact, you might even be able to add a few criminal charges for fraud. Should be big in the hood.

It won't unless they can prove specific fraud (and that is hard to do). We don't' have debtors prisons anymore..
