I use Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser. It works great for me and makes blackheads come out easily. Be aware though that it contains a few mild acids so if your skin dries out easily or is sensitive, you shouldn't use it more then once a day. I use it twice a day because I don't have that problem. If you have more acne then blackheads, try a facial mask that contains sulfer; you don't even have to use it all over your face, just on the trouble spots. It works great for drying them out quickly. Whatever you do, NEVER PICK AT ACNE! It contains bacteria and all you'll do is spread it to the rest of your face and cause worse breakouts.

I use the Miracle Set (combination to oily) by Mary Kay. The set will give you younger looking skin, fewer lines, improved firmness, and even skin tone. It's very gentle and will not irritate your face. http://www.marykay.com/adina_k/skincare/antiaging/miracleset_combinationtooily/default.aspx

Then, you should throw in the Blemish Control Toner 3, which is an acne medication that leaves your skin free of excess oil. http://www.marykay.com/adina_k/skincare/classicbasicskincare/10106500/10106500/default.aspx

The last thing is the Acne Treatment Gel. It will dry and clear blemishes, and allows skin to heal without irritation.

Just be sure to always properly moisturize, even while breaking out. If you don't, your skin will start to produce extra oils to compensate and you'll just break out more.

go to a dermatologist and see what the best washes and creams are for your skin type. don't touch your face. wash it when you wake up, apply an acne fighting cream. wash it when you come home from work/school/being out for the day. apply the cream. wash it before bed. apply the cream again. don't get a facewash that overdries too much. and watch your diet. too many sweets and oils trigger acne.
