Presumptuousness is something we as Americans are especially guilty of and a founding stone of why others hate us. Rightly, too.
I personally despise presumptuousness. I see it quite often.
Here's something even more morbidly fascinating for you to think on.
These are particularly unusual times. Presumptuousness helps others play blind and act like nothing is going on. Many anticipate death more than at any other time in history.
Never mind that bogus fiasco in Iraq for general political consumption.
I wouldn't make such a stone set comment as the likelihood is good there are some standing here who shall not taste of death.
