OHMYGOD i love that movie!!
okay the girl, katie, decides to go to china to visit the sick kids and help them out through surgery. she had heard of a chinese girl that had the cleft lip (is that right?) and found out that she had the same exact birthday as her, so she felt liek a connection or something. so she looked for her and they became friends. katie then brought the chinese girl and her father to the hospital to fix her cleft lip, and i'm pretty sure the girl came to america and they stayed best friends. it was a great movie!
