I can't think of one at the moment but I need it right now for something I'm writing. Any words describing 'fear of intimacy?'

Thanks!

propinquity trepidant (to fear closeness)

It depends on the type of intimacy you are talking about. There is philophobia - the fear of falling in love or being in love; erotophobia - fear of sexual love or sexual questions; genophobia - fear of sex.
