Like a lot of people here say, I know Im not fat. Im 16, 5'10" and weigh about 160 lbs. The issue isnt my weight, it is the flab i seem to carry. I dont have a problem with my arms, they are sculpted :-), however my stomach and chest are a little too flabby for my liking, anything i can do to help tighten them up?

Lift free weights and start doing crunches. It will tightened up.

you gotta start exercising!!

treadmill-20 mins everyday will do you good.avoid oily and fattening food!
