The marriage has bigger problems than email. Unless there was a valid reason to do so, you need to have a heart-to-heart talk about the real problems in your marriage.

It could be. Accessing a computer system that you aren't authorized access to (Yahoo's mail server, for example, even though you own the computer where you hack into her account from) is a federal offense with stiff penalties.
