I just saw a person pay with food stamps, and they had a W2004 sticker on their Escalade.

I saw a woman on one of her two cell phones at court she had about ten gold bracelets on each wrist three or four necklaces, rings on each finger telling her friend on the phone to get her kids diagnosed w ADD/ADHD so that she could file for SSI/SSD on each kid so she could "roll" in an Escalade herself.

All I can say is never judge a book by its cover. They may have someones elses W2004 or fell into some financial difficulties but, if you know for sure that they are abusing the system you could report anonymously.

I think you should mind your own business. Thanks to the Big Brother mentality of policing the poor, if that person is not being honest, they will get found out. How do you know they didn't just borrow it to get their groceries home?
