This so called man is totally stupid. He has no brains at all. He should of been going to college right now to re-educate himself. Don't you think? Do these shallow law suits allways go in the plantiffs favor?

You know, there is a spell-check available for a reason. It would be easier to respond with a calm recitation of the facts.

Your cousin, who is apparently suing his former employer for some type of harassment, can expect a long and lengthy battle. In civil litigation, its not uncommon for a lawsuit to take a number of years. If the case is indeed frivolous, then at the end of the proceedings, a court *may* hold that it is so. The result is that he may be ordered to pay attorney's fees for the former employer. In addition, if the Court finds that his attorney filed the suit frivolously, the attorney can be held jointly responsible, and may face disciplinary action from his state bar association.

till the employer willingly and negligently created unsafe operating situations that you've been improperly experienced to take care of, and also you could make certain that you have not any lawsuit. Insult to damage, you signed a freelance stating the employer isn't responsible.
