Our body is made up of different organs,our organs are made up of different cells,our cells our made up some non living matter ,so finally we are made up of some non living material ,so are we living or dead???????????If we are living what is it that makes us living??????????????????

We are living based on the definition of life:
All living things are composed of cells - check
All living things are carbon and water based - check
All living things grow - check
All living things have the ability to respond to stimuli - check
All living things metabolize - check
All living things reproduce - check.
If you take for granted that ANYTHING is alive, than certainly humans fulfill every definition of life.

You know, you raise an excellent point! We are made up of dead and living cells. The first thing that comes to mind are the skin cells, there are lot of dead skin cells that build up and cause itchy skin, dandruff, etc. There are cells that are dying all the time in your body, but most of the time they are replaced by living ones. When you were developing as an embryo, certain cells in your body were killed by other cells in a process called "apoptosis." Cells die all the time in your body due to environmental conditions, too. But all together, you make up a collection of cells that is you; alive.

When conception takes place it actually creates an electrical charge or spark Tiny barely preceptible.
That is when life happens
Kind of an electrical spark that leaves when you die.
This electrical energy shuts down for some reason and once it really shuts down there is no bringing it back.
Some call it the spirit of god even animals and birds have it
