Depend on the length of your vacation and whether it includes airfare. If including airfare, from where?

A few places we have been to costing between $500 and $800 per person, all-inclusive and including airfare for one-week stay, are in the western part of Mexico: Puerto Vallarta or Los Cabos. The cost would be lower or higher, depending on the hotels/resorts you select.

You can check out some at travelzoo.com.

Have fun!

I heard you can go to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic for cheap in an all inclusive resort. It may be in the price range you're looking for. Try doing some research for that location. By the way, I've been to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and it is ANYTHING but cheap. The airfare alone for 2 people will cost you more than $1000 (depending where you fly from of course - I live in NJ). But if you live in Cali or AZ it may not be as expensive.

Good luck!

If you already have plane tickets....try Mexico...Cabos San Lucas, Cozumel. You can also try Belize, this is off the coast of Cozumel, very inexpensive. If you can scrounge up 400 extra more dollars by November, you'll have absolutely nothing to worry about. You can stay 4 or 5 days.

But remember, this isn't including the cost of travel.

Wow, $500/person. Hmmmm............

Club Med used to run a promo that if you give them either a weekend or 5 days ( I forget which ) in a certain month and weren't fussy about the where, it cost $ 1000. You could also try the internet at some bizarre hour, like 2 or 3 AM. I know people who have gotten cruises at phenomenal deals.
