He was arrested in the future? Wow, that's a really bad crime!

Assuming you meant Dec 2005, if that was the date of sentencing - add on ~22 months. This is 64 (months) * .35, basic math. So that would be Oct, 2007.

Hope this helps!

Firstly i am assuming you actually mean Dec 02 2005, as 2006 is not here yet.

5 years and 4 months after would make it 02/04/2010 which is 1947 days; 35% of that is 681.45 days (682 rounded up).

Therefore he will be out on Oct 15 2007.

He should get out about October 14, 2007. Reasoning...

1) I assume you meant dec 2, 2005.
2) 5 years and 4 months = 1946 days.
3) 35% of this is 681 days.
4) this equals 1 year and 316 days.
5) this gives you the date October 14, 2007.

He'll be out in 22.4 months. Why wait try to find a new boyfirend by then so you won't have to worry about when he goes back.

5(12)+4 = 64 months
64 * .35 = 22.4 months
of 1.6 months sort of 2 years

22.4 month would be 35% of his term.

How was he arrested Dec. 2006 when Dec. 2006 hasn't happened yet?
