my company is providing work timings from 5am to 11 am continuosly without tea break or rest.is this right?

in a construction company the outside temp is about 40 degree
without food how can they work
sometimes they give overtime up to 12 o clock
how can i complaint to the human rights

I'm guessing you are referring to England with the tea reference. In the United States, it is required that a break (15 minutes I think) be given every 4 hours.
