Well if someone were ON your head, it would be difficult to move. That's for sure. If you meant, stuck IN your head, well, time will heal it.

I just think of what I will be thinking 60 years from now. Will this person be foremost in my mind? Probably not. Will you even remember them? What will you think was the most important thing about your life now when you are 80 years old. Focus on that. Not some guy/chick.

And I'm pretty sure I'll still be around 50-60 years from now, so something else had to have come along to keep me occupied.

I've found other things to fill my time. I miss the girl I was with still, but it gets to be less of a big deal day by day. I bought some golf clubs from a friend and have started learning to play golf. I have been writing a little more. I've been running. I play tennis with a friend of mine. I watch Mitch Hedberg, Brian Regan and Jim Gaffigan and laugh a lot. I make sure I get plenty of sleep at night. It actually is getting to be kind of fun for me having that time to do something else because I spent a lot of time with her. I don't know if this helps, but it's working for me...

I can see the downfall of someone literally stuck on your head. Than would suck especially if you had to go to the supermaket a lot.

Get a hobby, do something to distract yourself from that one person. Time heals everything, you'll move on if you only let yourself.

Try to think about that person logically. Think about how ordinary he/she is or how "human". Remove all objects from your house that remind you of him/her. If these dont work, i suggest to go to a psychologist and have a talk..
