It may help if you are calcium deficient and it certainly won't hurt.

No, milk or calcium vitamins won't help it heal faster. The healing rate is controlled by your metabolism. Drinking milk or taking calcium supplements just helps to ensure that there is enough calcium in your body for your body to utilize. By the way, there is no scientific evidence that calcium supplements or drinking extra milk actually helps. There is scientific evidence that shows that your body will take calcium from other sources in you body ( other bones, your heart, your nerves ) to help repair a broken bone.


Right now, you need tincture of time. Stay off of it and try not to stress out.

Wow! I'm in the same boat. I fractured my thumb over a month ago and it still kills me. It does not seem to be getting any better. I'm 32 and way to active for this injury.

It won't hurt, unless you have allergies. And it will insure that your body has the calcium it needs to build bone.
