They have no hook up for their dirty water or waste.I am sick of all the trash and junk in the frount yard,every mornning I see rats running on the phone lines and they stop to get into ther yard. They also have five dogs and three cats they do not clean up the yard ,we have even seen them water down the dogs waste and with this heat it is very bad. We have been very nice asking them to please get this under control.The dogs have even been out more times than we can count and use our yard as theres....Barking all hours even with them there.The mess in the yard the waste its to much.I believe ther thoughts were to re model but I don't think its even being done lawful like they haven't even been working on it for some time.

Call Code Enforcement, the health department and animal control to make a complaint. In our city, you must go to code enforcement and make a written complaint on their form for them to investigate and send out an inspector, but it is anonomous. We can make a noise complaint with animal control, but there also may be ordinances in your city regarding the number of animals that may be kept on a property depending on the size (here it is 2 dogs or 2 cats for property under 1 acre). The health department will be very interested in where the trailer's waste is going..

So call the police or contact a lawyer or any other local organization that deals with these situations. Videotape their dogs in your yard. Get evidence of what they do. You're wasting valuable time writing about it on here. Time that could be used getting photos of dogs crapping in your yard.

good advice given previously. You and your other neighbors shouldn't have to live like that. These are serious health hazards! You can also go to the police, or your city government for this.

file a complaint with the police. thats unlawful your right. you can sue if the animals are going on ur yard. the animals can also be taken away

why are they living in a trailer in the driveway? check with the city. there may be some ordinances they are violating. like garbage & vermin.
