I am building a wood fence around my back yard and would like the corner post made out of masonary brick that was left over from my home.

Don't have anything myself, but maybe you can adapt something from this HGTV brick mailbox enclosure -- it seems to be similar to what you need. How handy are you?!!

The stupid fence is not the answer to stop illegal immigration. The only way to stop illegal immigration is to cut off what these people are coming here for - jobs. We'll know when the politicians get serious about stopping it when they pass AND ENFORCE legislation that goes after those who employ illegal immigrants. Building a fence is a panacea - a New Deal style public works project that gives people jobs and spends our tax dollars, but not much else. Bottom line - people don't cross the border because it's easy to cross. They cross the border because there's something they want and need on the other side. It doesn't matter how difficult it is to get there, they will get there.

The Sunset book on Masonry projects for the home is a good bet.
