In Meteora they allow women to enter only if they are properly dressed and that means skirt and not a short one of course!
For your information in Agios Oros they don't allow women...

Yes, they are allowed. They should keep a prompt dress code! Women should ware women clothes not mini skirts, no pants, no showing bellies and some of them require the shoulders and arms to be covered!

You will have to have covered arms, and many of the monasteries will rent you a skirt if necessary.

Only on Mt. Athos are women not allowed.

yeap,women in Meteora are allowed.
there are also monasteries who have only nuns.
Only in Agio Oros are not allowed women

They are allowed to enter some. Ask the Greek church before going to avoid dissapointment.
