I usually have nightmares about snakes coming after me. And weird dreams I think it is weird when I have dreams about people I have never met and what is really weird when you see or meet that person

A dream is events played before your mind's eye.You could say that the dream appears at the back of your eyelids.Why would someone have a weird dream or nightmare?I see myself in a dream or I'm actively participating in the dream.The dream scenario could be totally foreign or even alien to your normal subconscious thought patterns.In a nightmare why wouldn't I think of running away or fighting?In my dreams I have seen buildings on many occasions with labyrinth hallways that are populated with human beings.

Yes I have dreams that I cannot sleep, and I have reccuring dreams of having reccurring dreams.
