Well, I've recently started to grow pimples. It's normal for puberty I'm guessing, and I just wanted to know what things I can use to help get rid of them.

no chocolate
no greasy foods
no sugar
no caffeine

keep a clean clean clean face

don't touch your face with your hands unless they have just been washed with soap and water

and drink plenty of water

use plain white toothpaste if only a couple but if theyre are a lot go to a dermatoligist and they will perscribe something like minocycline
