It happens to me regularly...being inspired by other people. When I get to know someone, be it at a gallery opening or at a concert or a play or right here answering questions, that's what makes me happy. The process of getting to know someone just rocks.
Seeing a person grow and develop makes me happier than any drug, any food, or any other thing. Nothing is as precious as a the way someone feels about themselves. Anything I can do to help that person feel better makes me happier than I was before.
To make it more personal, Coloryst, you are one of those people. You make me the happiest person alive because you have the courage to involve yourself in life. You care about others while showing your own vulnerability.

I need a couple things. The number 1 thing I need is for my kids to be in perfect health and on track developmentally. It would also be helpful if my 3 year financial fiasco could be resolved and for my husband to maintain a positive attitude.
I am a pretty happy person as it is - these things would give me the peace of mind that would make me the happiest person on earth!

I would be the happiest person alive if I could just know that my daughter and husband will always be safe and happy and they could die after me and we could all meet up in heaven.

To not worry anymore about paying bills/surviving.
To have health insurance.
To know that someday I could own a house again but that is impossible.
To have a second car as we have 4 people driving/working and one car.
To have money left over after payday after bills paid just to do something/anything.
That my oldest son would be clean and reunite with his child's mom and get married and take care of his daugher.
That my youngest son follows his dreams and that his child is born healthy and happy (in October).

Truly..that men become used as slaves, strictly for their reproductive abilities. What good are they otherwise?
That the world was on one language and that all religion really was compasionate to thy neighbor. Also that we should live in sinc with the environment and every person have a hot meal and loving arms around them everyday.

Define your goal, what you want to do it. Never give up and look back to achieve your goal. The journey itself will be beautiful before achieving your goal, wich willmakes you the happiest. Your goal may be , to be the richest, to be the best scholar, or to be even a saint.
