69-73 degrees by scientific standards is considered room temperature. You can't go wrong with that...

Children need to be no less bundled up then you do (except for a hat when outside)..keep the house at a comfortable temp for yourself and the kids should be fine...I do have one little girl who gets to be a bit of a sweatball over night so I make sure that she has lighter weight PJs than the rest of the kids...

My sons' pediatrician said no warmer than 72 and no cooler than 68. We usually keep it at 70 year round and have had no problems.

just keep it comfy if you not your children wont be use you own discresion on this one you know your children my little boy like the room cold so i end up wairing a sweeter in 98* wather and he is playing with his shrit off (he a hot boy)

Whaterver temperature makes you comfortable. Same goes for how to dress them for going outside. They keep/lose their body heat by the same % as you do.
