Depends where you live. If you live in the midwest, shop 4 times a year for each season. If you live somewhere where its warm all the time or cold all the time, shop twice a year.

I am married and I buy a few articles of clothing on a WEEKLY basis. My "budget" as it is, is about $150 a week. My husband doesn't care, as long as I am happy :)
