I was cooking fries, and the oil hit my face. I would like to know will happen, like any scars. What should I put on my face. The oil was not hot hot. but it was hot.

Find an Aloe Vera plant and put the sap on your burn. Repeat several times.
When I worked as a baker, I burned myself many times, yet I have no scars thanks to AV.

I got burned on the face with cooking oil. My face got a little blister, and it scabbed over. I got a scar. Peppermint will cool it and aloe vera gel might help too.

Most likey it will just blister. Not likey there will be any scars but it will be a while to heal.
Ask your Dr for some silvadine cream. It works great. But if that is too expensive, get something over the counter. You will have to ask the pharmacist which one is best.
I am constantly doing dumb things.

you might get a scar but you should just moisturize and use a scar treating cream right away
