You should get a hobby. Do you like being crafty? You can start scrap-booking, make jewelry, or if you have a sewing machine you can learn to sew. If you are old enough, get a job--that will pass the time and you'll earn some $$. If you aren't old enough you can do little jobs around your neighborhood to keep you busy and make a little money. Walk/wash dogs, wash/detail cars, have a bake sale, clean out your house and ask mom if you can have a garage sale, do lawn work. If you don't care to make money, get a volunteer job (ex. at a hospital).
Don't waste your time off school...enjoy it and the great weather!!!

You are obviously a teenager, otherwise you'd have plenty to do. Here are some thoughts for teenage things to do during the summer:
Clean your room
read a book
do your laundry
vacuum (help Mom out a bit)
go for a bike ride
pull weeds in the garden, in your swimsuit so you can work on your tan
sweep out the garage
