A pure, organic raw foods diet is good for just about everything, and it especially boosts your immune system to heal what ails you. (It's not the easiest diet to stick to, though.)

Not much you can do about scar tissue. The inflammation I can help you with. I had dealt with pain for over ten years. Degenerated discs at L-4 & L-5 lower back. I have a natural fruit beverage that blocks the COX. 1 & COX. 2 signals to and from the brain alowing the inflamation to come down and the body to heal. More info. at www.jointjuice.biz

Inflammation leads to heart disease as well as a lot of other problems. Inflammation also contributes to plaque which may be part of your scar tissue problem. Scar tissue does not necessarily heal but does shrink. Diet is very important as well. Avoid dairy to reduce inflammation and of course, lots of raw produce is always good.

You really need to talk to your doctor about this. I know asprin is good for inflammation - but some people cannot take asprin.
To reduce scar tissue, I hear Vitamin B12 is good - just break open a capsal and rub it directly on the tissue... or they make other ointments like Maderma etc.

Hi! For this, you can put Lavender essential oil and Chammomile essential oil on the scar and surrounding area 2x/day until healed. It will really take the inflammation away (Chammomile) and speed the healing (Lavender) I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions. Best to you!

some enzymes Bromelain, Papain, Serrapeptase, Amylase, Lypase, and other enzymes that work synergistically together providing total system suport.
Serrapeptase is a paptidase that is used worldwide as an anti-inflammatory . This enzymes do help but I think the trick is to take them on empty stomach

steroids, but they delay wound healing and you should consult a doctor before taking steroids.
