If so where are they? Or do I really have to move to NY or LA to get a good acting education?

It all depends upon what you are looking for, and how old you are.

Are you under 18? Under 21? 21 and up?

Are you looking for "Theater" skills? Television and Film?

The suggestion about Burt Reynolds won't help you much... The "Burt Reynolds and Friends Museum" has recently closed... besides that.... they are in Jupiter Florida (Just north of Fort Liquerdale) not in Central Florida. They used to have a full schedule of classes but had slowly evolved into just workshops... not a dedicated "Class" with a sylibus.

For Improvisational skills I'd recommend SAK http://www.sak.com/classes.php

For "Theater" try Mad Cow... http://www.madcowtheatre.com/classes/index.html

For Film and Television, Yvonne Suhor at "Art Sake Studios" http://www.art-sake.com/

If you are under 18, be very carefull... there are plenty of "Schools" out there that just want your parents money... as much of it as they can get. The more money your parents have, the more ways these "Schools" will find to help you spend it. Talk to your school counselor... tell them you want to enroll in the schools drama classes... Almost every Community College has a theater department. Try your local community theater... you can learn by doing. But don't let some scam artist dig into your parents checking account.

A good resource guide is Fab Actor http://www.fabactor.com/home.html They have monthly meetings at "Full Sail" and are a good source for networking.

The FMPTA (Florida Motion Picture & Television Association) is another good networking source, with chapters all over the state... http://www.fmpta-orlando.org/

Get out there and network... ask fellow actors what they think about acting schools you are interested in before you spend any money

I think there is (or maybe was) a Burt Reynolds acting academy. It was somewhere in Central Fla.
Doesn´t UCF have a drama department?
