C - Torre (will make it cause of his managerial career, but was a heck of a player)
1B - McGuire (steroids notwithstanding, will make it)
2B - Alomar (should make it - 50/50 shot)
SS - Larkin (definitely should make it - 50/50 shot)
3B - Santo (should be there, probably won't be)
LF - Bonds (will make it)
CF - Murphy (borderline candidate - 40/60 shot)
RF - Sosa (see McGuire)
DH - Rose (won't make it as long as he's on the ineligible list)

SP - John, Blyleven, Kaat (all of them should be there - 20/80 shot apiece, dwindling as time goes on)
RP - Smith, Gossage (both should be there. Gossage will make it, Smith has 50/50 shot)

Rafael Palmeiro - It doesn't matter how many homers he hits, he's now permanently stained. Not only did he use steroids, but he lied in front of Congress and the nation, then tried to blame Migeul Tejada!

Also, I'd remove Bonds from the list. I'm sure most of us believe he's guilty, but I think he'll still be voted in. I could be wrong, but I think his accomplishments will be too tough for the voters to overlook, even with the scandal.

Oh, I almost forgot - Joe Jackson. I'm sure we all know that story.

1b....Jeff Bagwell. I can't believe people don't understand how great he was.
2b. Bobby Grich..great bat, slick glove
SS. Barry Larkin....awesome in his prime.
3b. Ken Boyer...great hitter, great fielder, though not as slick as his brother
LF. Rice
CF. Fred Lynn
RF. Dwight Evans.
SP. Jose Rijo, Kevin Brown, Johnny Sain, Dwight Gooden.

Oops. Forgot to add catcher. Torn between Torre and Ted Simmons. Both great, but overshadowed.
