If you want a Steakhouse The N9ne in The Palms . For a buffet I really enjoyed Paris. La Salsa in the Caesar Forum shops makes awesome Margaritas and tacos. Down on Flamingo Ave. its a few blocks from the strip is Lawry's, real good food.
I'll be in Vegas next week.....hope you have a great time!!! If its your first time you're going to have a blast!!!!

Rosemary's (way off the Strip on Sahara) is consistently the highest rated restaurant in the city.
My personal favorite for good food in HUGE portions, especially breakfast food, is The Peppermill (next to The Riviera). OMG, you could live for days off one meal here. The decor is way over the top 70s - you have to see it.

depends on how much you want to spend.
our fave is pricey, not your everyday place, but awesome...michael's inside the barbary coast. this is our anniversary place. plan on being there about 3 hours and spending about $300 for two.
our everyday kind of place is like zapato's on craig & I-15. very good authentic mexican food and very well priced. great for lunch or dinner.
our fave breakfast is in the big horn casino on lake mead. great food, price, sevice.
