I am gay and happen to be very shy and reserved. I actually wish sometimes that I was a little more like the stereotype that everyone places on us. But when it comes down to it this is not a question of gay people being a certain way, it has to do with the individual person being a certain way.

I'm certainly not a party animal, but I know many who are. Not necessarily most, but many.
It depends on the person, the circumstances, and a host of other variables. I know many who are quiet until they're in a gay bar, and some like me who have to be dragged, kicking and screaming to go out, but I'm an outgoing person in the rest of my life.

I agree, most, not all. In my oppinion, the gay/lesbian community are put on the defensive consistantly,...so....if you call someone that swims differently than the rest of the class a "Rebel"....
that is exactly what you get. Rebellious Attitude. ie:drinking, partying, sexual promiscuity, etc. If you call a group of people for hundreds of years "Rebellious"...what do yu think your going to get?
By the way Christians,....
You lead people AWAY from Christ by saying stuff like..."turn away from your sinful ways and repent...." and "Christ lives"
All this does is ground in every non-believers head that they are right and Christians are freaks after all! Please dont do that. You make a mockery of the Lord!

Nope. There are just as many wallflowers as party people that are gay, lesbian, or bisexual, just like straight people there are all different kinds. And being on the quite side is not a bad thing at all, they are just as wild only in a more one on one way.

Sadly this is not the case! Very many young gay people can become very introvert as they can be ashamed of their sexuality!
Sadly some young people have committed suicide as they do not want to shame their family & friends! Because they are so quiet and shy know one notices the signs!!

I have met some wonderful people that seek some of the same things we all want...to love, to be loved, to have caring relationships. Being Gay is only a part of who a person is inside.

It's not just sexual orientation, even heterosexuals are not all outgoing party animals. It mainly depends on the person and if they like to have a good time.

Depends on the person. Circuit boys are just one part of the population. Many gays hate attention and crowds. They would not be caught dead in a bar.
