Please provide context.

If his wife asks him if her dress makes her look fat and he says "no" even if it does, it doesn't matter to me.

If he lies under oath then yes it matters.

By the way, Sunny asked the same question about 6 hours ago. You aren't by any chance related?

Sure. Candidate Clinton promised us all a big fat middle class tax cut. This was a lie, as one of his first acts was a big fat tax hike. But it was a campaign lie, so that's not really a big deal.

Also when Clinton said, "I did not have sexual relations with that women, Miss Lewinski." he was lying. But that was a press conference, so, again, not a crime.

But his lying in court and to a grand jury under oath IS a big deal. That's called a crime. It doesn't matter what it was about. Same with Scooter Libby. He apparently lied to a grand jury about some conversations he had, and he's in trouble. See how it works?

If you where over in Iraq being shot at and watching your fellow brother and sister getting killed and badly wounded won't you like to no that your commodore in chief sented you there on the true and not a lie? Or if you lost a family member over there ,would it make a different knowning he or she lost their life for what? I don't know where you come from but where I come from you don't lie to people .

After reading the little turd's remarks about clinton not being so truthful ,he's right ...but did he get anyone killed ..I think not maybe you would like to ask my son who was injury in a mortal round in Iraq .

Clinton - Lied to a Grand Jury. Against the law.

Bush - You need to buy a dictionary. Look up the word "lie". Now tell me where he lied. With a straight face please.

I'm guessing that's what you were looking for.

Well, it all depends on the lie. Lets look to the history~ shall we? Clinton gets NAILED for lying about getting his jhonny sucked by a chubby intern, and Bush gets NOTHING for playing a part in crimes against humanity. I think its important what they lie about, but if it matters to the american public or others in power is a whole new question. Americans, for the most part dont seem to care about what really matters. We are all just sitting around eating big macs and waiting for the next reality show to dull our senses. Oh and to the guy above me ~ Busgh lies every time he talks about fighting terrorists. Hes a liar and a hatemonger. Its just the folks who protect him that seem to keep him so clean. DUH a thousand times DUH!
