Depends where you are, but generally yeah you can, as long as you are accompanied by a full licence holder who is over 21 and has had their licence for over 2 yrs.

law says u cant but i drive my grandmother and grandfathers truck on our property and on the street i never get caught but on your own property u can drive whatever BECAUSE U ARE NOT PUTTING ANYBODYS LIFE IN DANGER BUT JUST DONT GET CAUGHT ON THE STREET I HAVENT (YET)
