Ok in reading between the lines, I think you are trying to make the point that Condi's job has no value... that basically she is just a completely powerless figurehead and nothing else.
You must have been watching some of the recent Frontline shows that I have like Cheney: The Dark Side and Missile Crisis. Even in the older one called Rumsfeld War you never see Condi's job as having any value whatsoever.
The bottom like is that she doesn't do anything but seem to be Bush's number one photo prop and the Cheney/Rumsfeld team have all the power in Washington.
