I think they are waiting for the end of the judgment. The most important thing right now is getting back the Champions League, which was taken away from us because of a political process, not a sportive one. They're trying to make justice. Then all the other things will come.

They are probably waiting for some players to become available from the other clubs in the scandal who were sent to serie B. They have already sold Jaap Stam to Ajax so they might want an additional defender.

Now that they wont be playing in Europe this season I think the only Milan transfers we'll see are outgoing ones.
