the person has small bust line.......and cant afford ta loose weight frm the upper bod:-(

I suggest pilates. Pilates is an excersize like yoga that focuses on the stomach and down. Maybe it isn't that you need to lose weight, but tone the muscle that you do have. Also, cardio would be great to lose weight on the lower half. Go jogging and then work your way up to running. And, of course, pay attention to what you eat!

No such thing as target fat loss. the way you put fat on is the exact way it comes off.

The only way to lose "FAT" is to exert more calories than you take in. I'm assuming you want to lose fat and not just weight.
