The episode where jackie was pregnant, and she was 3 days over due, and went to Roseanne to tell her she came to the conclusion that the baby is never coming out??? (ths scene took place in roseanne's bathroom) Jackie lifted up her shirt and showed her pregnant belly. I've heard alot, that she really was pregnant at that time and that was her real stomach...... can anyone verify this!???

Laurie was really pregnant when Jackie became pregnant. However, Laurie had gotten bigger before Jackie even had a one night stand with fred. They had tried to cover her up by having her where a jacket a lot. They waited a handful of episodes the season she was pregnant (where Sarah Chalke took over as Becky) to make Jackie pregnant.
Jackie got big very quickly. So Laurie must have been sometime the season before (possibly around the time there father died on the show). I think they could have handled made Jackie pregnant earlier in the show ( the character had a very quick pregnancy, much quicker than Roseanne). Perhaps right after Fisher beat her, and she left him she could have found out she was pregnant. Blue collor family handling real issues with a sense of humor.
But perhaps they wanted to deal with the Darlene character moving away since sarah gilbert wanted to go to college and became a frequently re-occuring character to explain why Gilbert wasn't in every episode. What are your thoughts.

Yes, I believe she was pregnant. Watch the episodes before she told Roseanne she was pregnant. You could clearly see that she was pregnant.

I remember the episode. Looked like a real prego belly to me but hard to say. They can do alot with makeup and stuff. I would bet she probably was really pregnant.

I saw the belly... you can't fake that. Also, the baby "Andy" was her child as far as I know. Just like Rosanne went on the be pregnant and the baby "Jerry" was her baby. Best wishes

It just so happens...that epsiode was on late last night. She did show her belly and it looked very real. I didn;t detect makeup at all.
