I know curry is a hot food to help induce labor yourself but don't really know more than that. What do you recommend to eat??? I hear this has started more labors for people than sex and walking!!! I am 38 1/2 weeks along.

Curry is a spice..well actually its a mixture of many many different spices blended together and sold as one spice...You can find Curry dishes at an Indian or a Thai restaurant or at some largers supermarkets in the international food isle.

You should never eat herbs when your pregnant. Some people think it's a good way to abort and go into labour but the effects have not been tested and could really harm your baby.

Curry is a spice. Go to any chinese resteraunt. They have curry chicken and shrimp I know, and probably more.

It's a spice. Just go to an Indian retaurant and get chicken vindaloo.

It's a sort of gravy..that's mostly Indian
